Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our travelers as best as we can. However, due to the significant expenses incurred, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  1. Cancellation before June 1, 2026: A $500.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
  2. Cancellation between June 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026: A $1,500.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
  3. Cancellation on or after September 1, 2026: No refunds will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing [email protected]. Airfare purchases are nonrefundable and will not be reimbursed upon cancellation.

Payment Options

  • Paid in Full: Full amount due at checkout.

  • Payment Plan: $500 non-refundable deposit plus 5 automated monthly payments of the remaining balance.

Cancellation Fees (per person)

  • Before June 1, 2026: $500 cancellation fee

  • June 1 to August 31, 2026: $1,500 cancellation fee

  • On or after September 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] .

  • Airfare purchases are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any registration deemed unqualified at our sole discretion.
