You know this woman
On paper, you have it all handled.
You walk into the 9am meeting sharp. By 3pm you are negotiating with a granola bar in your desk drawer.
You can read a P&L in your sleep, but you cannot figure out why the scale keeps climbing when you barely eat.
Lunch was coffee. Dinner was whatever was left after everyone else ate. Then 9pm hits and the pantry starts calling your name.
You have a trainer, an app, a drawer of supplements and three diet books on the nightstand. You still feel like a stranger in your own body.
You rush through Isha because you are too tired to stand there with any presence. That is the part that hurts most.
Your mother's diabetes. Your father's blood pressure. You do the math quietly, and you do not like the answer.
None of this means you are undisciplined. You are the most disciplined woman you know. It means nobody ever built a plan for the life you are actually living.
This was never about a number on the scale
Your energy is the asset everything else runs on.
You protect your company's assets. You protect your family's future. But the one asset every decision, every deal, every du'a and every dinner table depends on is the one you keep putting last.
When your energy goes, your patience goes. Your focus goes. Your presence in salah goes. And the belly fat that crept in quietly is not a vanity problem. It is a warning light for your blood sugar, your heart and the diabetes that runs in your family.
Your body is an amanah. It was never meant to run on leftovers.
At work
The afternoon fog that makes you second-guess decisions you would normally make in seconds.
At home
The short temper you hate, because by the time you walk through the door there is nothing left for the people you love.
In your deen
Standing for salah with a body that showed up and a mind that is still somewhere else.
Your health and your deen were never separate
This program cares for your body and your connection with Allah.
Physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing are intertwined. The weakness of one weakens them all, and the strengthening of one strengthens them all. That is why this is not a diet with a du'a tacked on at the end. Faith is the frame for everything we do.

"The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both."
(Sahih Muslim 2664)
Your body is an amanah
It was entrusted to you. Caring for it is not vanity or self-indulgence. It is how you honor that trust and protect your capacity to worship, to serve and to live independently.
Strength for worship
We train so you can stand through Taraweeh, rise from sujud with ease and still make a full sujud at 70. You can't bow down if you can't get down.
Discipline as ibadah
Tracking becomes muhasabah. Turning down a craving becomes mujahadah. Slipping and coming back becomes tawbah, without shame and without waiting for Monday.
Why the plan keeps failing
It is not your willpower. It is the plan.
What worked at 25 does not work now. What worked before kids does not work after kids. Your hormones changed the rules, and every plan you have been handed was written for a woman whose rules have not changed yet.
01
The doctor with five minutes who glances at your labs and says everything looks normal.
02
The 20-something trainer who tells you to eat less and move more, with hormones you had fifteen years ago.
03
The influencer selling skinny in a 30-day package, as if your goal were a bathing suit and not a long life.
None of them were built for a woman running a business while her body rewrites the rules. This was.
Your body is not broken. Your strategy needs to change.
Health, wellness and deen, together
Not a meal plan. Not a workout app. A strategy for your whole life.
You do not need more information. You can Google anything. What you need is someone who looks at your labs, your calendar, your travel, your Ramadan, your family table and your goals, then builds a plan that holds when life gets loud. That is the work we do together, across three pillars.
PlateShift
Fix the food.
How to eat for steady blood sugar, all-day energy and fewer cravings, at the office, on a flight, at a client dinner and at a family iftar. No food groups banned for sport. No diet you have to marry. A plate that works for your body in this season.
Strongevity
Build strength that lasts.
Efficient strength training and my signature 5x4 MetCon, built to fit a full calendar. We start where your body is today, with safe form, modifications for your knees and joints, and smart progression that builds the muscle protecting your metabolism and your independence.
Kullik Life
Care for the whole woman.
Sleep, stress, recovery, your awareness of Allah in how you treat your body, and the way you speak to yourself when you slip. This is where results stop depending on a perfect week. You learn to return without shame, because one loud month is not allowed to undo a good year.
Picture six months from now
This is what it feels like when the strategy finally fits.
Fitness is not a look. It is a state of being healthy and strong. Looking good is just a side effect.
You walk into the 4pm meeting with the same energy you had at 9.
Your clothes fit the way they used to, and your waist measurement says your heart is safer for it.
Cravings stop running your evenings. You decide when you eat. Food stops deciding for you.
You rise from sujud without bracing your hand on the floor.
You wake for Fajr with energy, and your salah has your full presence again.
Ramadan becomes a season of worship and strength, not a month of exhaustion.
Your doctor reviews your labs and finally has good news to share.
Your daughter watches her mother choose her health, and learns she is allowed to do the same.
You stop starting over every Monday, because there is nothing left to start over from.
Real women, real results
She was where you are. Then the strategy changed.
Muslim women with full lives, busy calendars and bodies that stopped responding to the old rules.

Your coach
I am not guessing, and I am not new.
At 39 I was a fitness professional and 40 pounds overweight. Four teenagers, a husband, a degree to finish and a business to grow. I trained six days a week, passed the Army fitness test before my 40th birthday, and still had not lost a pound.
I had already buried both of my parents. My father at 55 from a stroke. My mother from everything unmanaged diabetes does to a body. I knew exactly where I was headed, and I refused to go there. So I went back to the science of what actually happens in a woman's body as her hormones change, stopped counting calories and started fixing the cause. I lost 38 pounds, and at 47 I won a national powerlifting championship.
Now I teach women what all my training never taught me.
- 25 years coaching thousands of women, in studio and online
- Degree in exercise science, public health and psychology
- 15 fitness and nutrition certifications
- Guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show
- Dinner at the White House for her work in health and wellness
- 2023 USPA National Powerlifting Champion
Private coaching is not for everyone. It is for the woman who is ready.
This is for you if
- You have built a full, demanding life and you are ready for your health to match it.
- You are done with quick fixes and want a strategy that lasts for decades.
- You want your health journey to bring you closer to Allah, with a coach who understands your deen, your culture and your table.
- You are willing to be coached, measured and held accountable.
- You value private, personal attention over another group chat.
This is not for you if
- You want a 30-day crash diet before a wedding.
- You want someone to agree with you instead of coach you.
- You are shopping for the cheapest option, not the right one.
- You are not ready to put your health on your calendar like it matters.
In their words
Energy back. Medications down. Confidence home.
Individual results vary. Never change your medication without talking to your doctor.
My promise to you
Show up, do the work for 90 days, and if your energy and your measurements have not moved, I keep coaching you until they do.
You have built everything else with intention. Now build the body that carries it.
Your body is an amanah. Let us care for it like it matters, because it does. Apply below, and if we are a good fit, you will choose your coaching option from there.
