PARTIES AND EFFECTIVE DATE

This Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance between Fit Muslimah S-Corp, a Connecticut S-Corporation with its principal place of business in Connecticut ("Company," "we," "us") and the individual completing electronic checkout ("Client," "you").

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract under the laws of the State of Connecticut, including the Connecticut Electronic Signatures Act (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-272 et seq.), upon the Client's electronic acceptance at checkout.

1. SERVICES

1.1 Description of Services The Company agrees to provide the Metabolic Shift 90-Day Personal Coaching Program ("Program"), an online personal coaching experience designed to support Muslim women over 35 in addressing insulin resistance, hormonal health, and metabolic wellness through an Insulin-Centered Approach.

1.2 Program Inclusions Upon enrollment and receipt of full payment or first installment payment, the Client shall receive access to the following:

• One dedicated Personal Success Coach assigned for the duration of the 90-day program
• One 1-on-1 Goal Mapping Session scheduled within 7 days of program start date
• One 1-on-1 Progress and Next Steps Call upon completion of the 90-day program
• Direct messaging access to the assigned Personal Success Coach with responses guaranteed within 24 business hours Monday through Friday
• Access to the Fit Muslimah mobile application including personalized workouts, meal plans, and progress tracking tools
• Personal Nutrition Assessment utilizing the Company's proprietary Insulin-Centered Approach
• Metabolic Fasting Protocols designed for women over 35
• Weekly Education Modules released sequentially inside the Fit Muslimah Library
• Private Group Chat for peer accountability and community support
• Faith-integrated coaching accommodations for Islamic fasting seasons including Ramadan

1.3 Program Start Date The Program officially commences on April 12th, 2026 and runs for 90 consecutive days. Clients who enroll prior to this date will receive app access upon enrollment and coaching will begin on the official start date.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Program Investment The total fee for the Program is One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars ($1,997.00 USD).

2.2 Payment Options The Client may elect one of the following payment structures at checkout:

• Option A: Payment in full of $1,997.00 USD at time of enrollment
• Option B: Three consecutive monthly installment payments of $699.00 USD each, totaling $2,097.00 USD, charged automatically on the same calendar date each month beginning on the date of enrollment

2.3 Authorization By selecting the installment payment option, the Client expressly authorizes Fit Muslimah S-Corp to charge the payment method on file for each installment as scheduled. This authorization remains in effect until all payments are completed or the agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 7.

2.4 Failed or Declined Payments In the event a scheduled installment payment is declined or otherwise fails, the Client will be notified by email within 24 hours. The Client shall have a five (5) calendar day grace period from the date of notice to resolve the failed payment. If the outstanding payment is not resolved within the grace period, the Client's access to all program materials, the Fit Muslimah application, and all coaching services will be suspended until the balance is brought current. If the outstanding balance remains unresolved for fourteen (14) calendar days following the initial notice, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Client's program access without refund. Any outstanding balance remains due and payable upon termination.

2.5 Taxes and Fees All fees are stated in United States Dollars. The Client is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or international transaction charges imposed by their financial institution.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Active Participation The Client acknowledges that the Program's effectiveness depends substantially on the Client's active and consistent participation. The Client agrees to:

• Complete all weekly education modules inside the Fit Muslimah Library within the week they are released
• Log all assigned workouts inside the Fit Muslimah application
• Track nutrition as directed by the assigned Personal Success Coach
• Attend both scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls
• Maintain regular check-ins with the Personal Success Coach as established during the Goal Mapping Session
• Follow the Insulin-Centered Nutrition Protocol as provided by the coaching team
• Communicate proactively and honestly with the Personal Success Coach regarding progress, challenges, and concerns

3.2 Compliance Required for Guarantee The Client's eligibility for the guarantee extension described in Section 5 is expressly conditioned upon documented fulfillment of all obligations set forth in Section 3.1. Failure to meet these obligations disqualifies the Client from any guarantee claim.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

4.1 All Sales Final In accordance with the Company's clearly stated no-refund policy, which the Client acknowledges reviewing prior to purchase, all payments made to Fit Muslimah S-Corp are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of circumstances including but not limited to change of mind, personal or family circumstances, failure to access or utilize program materials, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with results where the Client has not fulfilled the obligations set forth in Section 3.

4.2 No Refund Upon Digital Access The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that once access has been granted to any digital asset associated with the Program, including but not limited to the Fit Muslimah Library, the Fit Muslimah application, program modules, workout plans, nutrition protocols, or any other digital content, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Access to any digital asset constitutes delivery of services and triggers the no-refund policy immediately and irrevocably.

4.3 Consumer Disclosure Pursuant to the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), Conn. Gen. Stat. § 42-110a et seq., this no-refund policy is expressly disclosed to the Client prior to purchase. By completing checkout the Client confirms they have been clearly informed of and agree to this policy.

4.4 Exclusive Remedy The Client's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with Program results, provided the Client has fulfilled all obligations in Section 3, is the guarantee extension described in Section 5. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. RESULTS GUARANTEE AND EXTENSION POLICY

5.1 Guarantee Commitment Fit Muslimah S-Corp is committed to the Client's success. If the Client fulfills all obligations set forth in Section 3 and does not experience measurable improvements by the conclusion of the 90-day program, the Client shall be eligible to request a program extension at no additional charge.

5.2 Definition of Measurable Improvements For purposes of this guarantee, measurable improvements are defined as documented positive change in at least two of the following areas as assessed by the coaching team:

• Energy levels as reported by Client and documented in coaching records
• Reduction in sugar cravings as documented in nutrition tracking records
• Change in body weight as recorded in the Fit Muslimah application
• Improvement in relevant lab markers including but not limited to A1C, fasting glucose, or cholesterol
• Reduction in body measurements including waist circumference

5.3 Guarantee Claim Process To initiate a guarantee extension claim the Client must:

• Submit a written request to the Company via email within seven (7) calendar days following the conclusion of the 90-day program
• Include documentation of program participation including module completion records, workout logs from the Fit Muslimah application, nutrition tracking records, and coach check-in history covering the full 90-day program period

5.4 Review and Determination The Company will review the submitted documentation within five (5) business days of receipt. If the documentation confirms the Client has fulfilled all obligations in Section 3, the coaching relationship will be extended at no charge for a period determined by the Personal Success Coach based on the Client's individual progress and needs. The Company's determination regarding eligibility is final.

5.5 Limitation This guarantee applies to program extension services only. It does not entitle the Client to monetary compensation, credit, or refund of any kind.

6. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

6.1 Not Medical Advice The Program provides health, nutrition, and fitness coaching for general wellness and educational purposes only. Nothing in this Program constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company is not a licensed medical provider and does not hold itself out as such.

6.2 Medical Clearance The Client represents that they have consulted with or will consult with a qualified licensed healthcare provider before beginning the Program, particularly if they have a pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormonal disorders, or any condition affecting their ability to exercise or modify their diet.

6.3 Assumption of Risk The Client acknowledges that participation in any nutrition or fitness program carries inherent risks. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Program and agrees that Fit Muslimah S-Corp and Mubarakah Ibrahim shall not be liable for any injury, adverse health outcome, or other harm arising from participation in the Program.

6.4 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Connecticut law, the Company's total liability to the Client for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Program.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership All program materials including but not limited to workout plans, nutrition protocols, educational modules, videos, written content, and the Insulin-Centered Approach methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of Fit Muslimah S-Corp and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Limited License The Company grants the Client a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use program materials solely for the Client's personal use during the program period. This license does not permit the Client to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise make program materials available to any third party.

7.3 Breach Unauthorized sharing or distribution of program materials constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of program access without refund and may subject the Client to legal action.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1 Client Information The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all personal and health information shared by the Client and will not disclose such information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent except as required by applicable law.

8.2 Privacy Policy The Company's collection and use of Client data is further governed by the Fit Muslimah Privacy Policy available at fitmuslimah.com. By entering into this Agreement the Client consents to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. MARKETING AND TESTIMONIALS

9.1 Anonymized Results The Client agrees that the Company may reference anonymized program outcomes and general results for marketing purposes unless the Client opts out in writing within 30 days of program completion.

9.2 Identified Testimonials Any use of the Client's name, image, likeness, or identified testimonial for marketing purposes requires the Client's separate written consent.

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by Company The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke all program access immediately and without refund if the Client engages in conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward any member of the coaching team, support staff, or program community.

10.2 Termination for Non-Payment The Company may terminate this Agreement for non-payment as described in Section 2.4. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

10.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination for any reason the Client's access to all program materials, the Fit Muslimah application, and coaching services will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Good Faith Resolution In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication.

11.2 Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.3 Jurisdiction and Venue Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Connecticut.

11.4 Waiver of Class Action The Client waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.

12.2 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that party's right to enforce such provision in the future.

12.4 Amendments The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement. Clients will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12.5 Electronic Acceptance Pursuant to the Connecticut Electronic Signatures Act, the Client's electronic acceptance at checkout constitutes a valid and binding signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By checking the agreement box at checkout the Client confirms the following:

• I am at least 18 years of age
• I have read this Agreement in its entirety and understand its terms
• I agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement
• I understand and accept the no-refund policy and acknowledge that all sales are final
• I understand that no refund will be issued once access has been granted to any digital asset including the Fit Muslimah Library or the Fit Muslimah application
• I understand that my sole remedy for unsatisfactory results is the program extension described in Section 5, provided I have fulfilled all client obligations in Section 3
• I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before entering into this Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to the Fit Muslimah Client Services Agreement. I understand that all sales are final and that no refund will be issued once access has been granted to any digital asset including the Fit Muslimah Library or the Fit Muslimah application.
