Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. clams, clean  
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice  
  • 1 lemon zest, grated  
  • 1 onion, chopped  
  • 1/2 cup fish stock  
  • Pepper  
  • Salt  

Instructions:  

  1. Add all ingredients into a non-stick pan and saute
  2. Seal pan with lid and cook on high for 10 minutes.
