Ingredients:
- 1 lb. clams, clean
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a non-stick pan and saute
- Seal pan with lid and cook on high for 10 minutes.
