  • 8 Ounces Small Button Mushrooms* Cleaned and Dried. 
  • 16 Ounces Kalamata Olives Pitted.
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Cut Into Strips. 
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Chili Pepper Flakes or More If Desired. 
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper to Taste. 
  • 1 Bottle Olive Oil.


  1. In a large bowl, place olives, mushrooms. 
  2. Put basil, chili pepper flakes, vinegar, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Sprinkle olive oil, mix to combine. 
  4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
