1 large carrot, coarsely grated

4 cups mixed greens
1. In a medium salad bowl, besides for combined greens, integrate all components thoroughly.
2. Into 4 salad plates, divide the blended veggies.
3. Flippantly top mixed greens with the salad bowl combination.
