Meet Your Coach

Mubarakah Ibrahim is an internationally renowned health and fitness expert. She was born and raised Muslim in America and is a wife and mother of 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She is a tireless advocate for Muslims to consider nutrition and fitness as inherently a part of Islam.

She has an Interdisciplinary degree in Exercise, Public Health, and Psychology, in addition to 13 Fitness and Nutrition Certifications, and is an Authorized Oasis in the Overwhelm® Trainer. She has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show “Thirtysomething in America,” honored by President Barack Obama for her contribution to the health and fitness of women in America, has been a contributing expert to Prevention Magazine on fitness for women over 40, and appeared on the covers of the Hartford Courant, New Haven Advocate, and Chicago Tribune.
