Stewed Mussels & Scallops

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mussels  
  • 1 cup scallops  
  • 2 cups fish stock  
  • 2 bell peppers, diced  
  • 1 onion, chopped  
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil  
  • Pepper  
  • Salt  

Instructions:  

  1. Add oil into a non-stick pan.
  1. Add onion and peppers and sauté for 3 minutes.  
  2. Add scallops and cook for 5 minutes.  
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.  
  4. Seal pan with lid and cook on high for 15 minutes.
