I know what it's like to be 198 lbs, battling insulin resistance, and fearing diabetes—a disease that took my mother's life. When I turned 40, my hormones changed, making weight loss harder. The 2-hour workouts and restrictive 1200-calorie diets left me tired, hungry, and unable to lose weight.
That's when I developed the Metabolic Shift protocols in this program—protocols based on science that changed my life and my body.
