I know what it's like to be 198 lbs, battling insulin resistance, and fearing diabetes—a disease that took my mother's life. When I turned 40, my hormones changed, making weight loss harder. The 2-hour workouts and restrictive 1200-calorie diets left me tired, hungry, and unable to lose weight.

That's when I developed the Metabolic Shift protocols in this program—protocols based on science that changed my life and my body.

As an internationally recognized Muslim health expert, I've been featured on Oprah Winfrey's "Thirty-Something in America," in The New York Times, and was even invited to President Obama's White House Iftar Dinners for my contribution to health and wellness in America.

But my most important credential? I understand your struggle because I've lived it.

With my degree in Exercise Science, Public Health, and Psychology, and over 13 certifications in women-specific fitness and nutrition, I've spent 23 years helping women like you transform their bodies and their lives.

As a champion powerlifter who won the Masters Gold at the United States Powerlifting Association National competition in 2023 (setting multiple state records along the way), I know what it takes to build strength at any age.
