AUGUST COHORT
[20 17 Spots Remain. Applications Close at 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2026.]
The next 12 weeks are going to pass whether you change anything or not.
Most women will spend the rest of the summer telling themselves they will begin when the children return to school, work slows down, or life becomes less demanding.
But life rarely clears the calendar and invites you to focus on your health.
So while other women are waiting for the perfect time, we are going to use the next 12 weeks to make real progress.
Starting August 9, my coaching team and I will work closely with a small group of Muslim women who are ready to improve insulin sensitivity, lose stubborn belly fat, rebuild their strength, and regain steady energy for worship and life.
First, we will Reset your foundation. We will look honestly at your nutrition, protein intake, sugar, eating rhythm, fasting, sleep, hydration, movement, stress, energy, and cravings. Then we will build a starting plan that makes sense for your body and your life.
Next, we will Rebuild your strength. You will begin short, progressive strength and conditioning workouts at home. We will improve your meal structure, use carbohydrates strategically, and help you build muscle without spending hours exercising or preparing separate meals for yourself.
Then, you will become Rooted. We will address the habits, triggers, and thought patterns that caused previous attempts to fall apart when life became stressful or unpredictable.
Because the real skill is not staying perfect forever.
The real skill is knowing how to return without shame.
That is how you stop losing and regaining the same weight. That is how you stop starting over every Monday. And that is how you begin leading your health instead of constantly reacting to it.
We begin August 9. There are a limited number of spaces because every woman receives personalized coaching, feedback, and support.
It would be an honor to work with you, so read the details below and apply if Metabolic Shift looks like the right next step for your health.
Applications are personally reviewed. There is no sales call.
Ma’a salama,
Mubarakah
I Am Going to Work With a Small Group of Muslim Women to Change the Direction of Their Health.
Here is what we are doing.
The goal is simple: to help you improve insulin sensitivity, lose stubborn belly fat, and regain steady energy for worship and life.
Not through another restrictive diet. Not through punishing cardio. Not by going vegan because someone told you it was automatically healthier. Not through detox teas, sea moss, or another shelf full of expensive supplements.
And not by handing you a meal plan and leaving you alone to figure out how to make it work.
We will do it through insulin-centered nutrition, progressive strength training, sustainable habits, personalized coaching, weekly accountability, and direct feedback.
The goal is not simply to become smaller.
The goal is to become healthier, stronger, steadier, and more physically capable.
To have energy from Fajr to Isha. To feel more in control of your eating instead of controlled by cravings. To build a body that can carry you into your later years with strength.
And to remain physically able to stand, bow, prostrate, fast, travel, serve, and worship for as long as Allah allows.
Health. Strength. Longevity. And the energy to worship and live well.
I Know This Struggle Because I Have Lived It.
At 39, I was a fitness professional and nearly 40 pounds overweight.
I trained six days per week, followed restrictive low-calorie diets, and pushed myself through long workouts because those were the strategies that had worked when I was younger.
But my body was no longer responding the same way.
The two-hour workouts and 1,200-calorie diets left me tired, hungry, and frustrated without producing the results I expected.
I had also lost both of my parents. My father died at 55 following a stroke. My mother died after years of complications associated with unmanaged diabetes.
I knew the direction my own health could take, and I refused to accept it without changing something.
So I returned to the science.
I began looking more closely at insulin resistance, changing hormones, nutrition, muscle, sleep, stress, and the metabolic realities women face as we move through midlife.
I changed my strategy.
I lost nearly 40 pounds, rebuilt my strength, and at 47 became a national powerlifting champion.
What changed was not my willingness to work.
What changed was the strategy.
I have spent more than 25 years helping women improve their health through nutrition, fitness, behavior change, and sustainable coaching.
I hold an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree integrating Exercise Science, Public Health, and Psychology, along with more than 13 professional certifications in fitness, nutrition, stress management, and related disciplines.
My work has been featured on Oprah Winfrey’s Thirty-Something in America and in The New York Times. I was also invited to President Obama’s White House Iftar dinners.
In 2023, I won Masters Gold at the United States Powerlifting Association National Championships and set multiple state records along the way.
But my most important credential is this: I understand your struggle because I have lived it.
I know what it feels like to be disciplined, knowledgeable, and still frustrated by a body that is no longer responding the way you expect.
And I know what it takes to change the strategy without abandoning your faith, family, responsibilities, or real life.
We Do Not Accept Everyone.
Metabolic Shift is a personalized coaching program, and each cohort is intentionally small.
I am looking for women who are ready to do the work.
This will not work for you if you are looking for a quick fix, magic pill, peptide shortcut, or another meal plan you will glance at once and ignore.
It will not work if you are unwilling to track your habits honestly, receive feedback, make adjustments, or take responsibility for following the plan.
It is also not a vegan coaching program. If you are committed to following a vegan diet, this will not be the right fit for you.
But if you are tired of temporary diets, want to improve insulin sensitivity, reduce stubborn belly fat, and build strength at home, this may be the support you need.
If you know your family history and want to make a different choice, take direction well, and are willing to prioritize your health for the next 12 weeks, this could be the beginning of a new direction.
Especially if you want an approach that respects your faith, responsibilities, and real life.
Your body is an amanah.
You Do Not Need More Information.
You already know protein matters. You already know eating sugar throughout the day is not helping you. You already know your body needs movement, sleep, and better habits.
Knowing has never been the problem.
The problem is turning what you know into what you consistently do, especially when you are tired, work becomes demanding, your family needs you, or life does not go according to plan.
Most programs give you more information.
Metabolic Shift helps you implement it.
Consistency is not a personality trait some women were born with and you somehow missed.
Consistency is a skill. It can be taught, practiced, and strengthened.
That is the work we do together.
If You Have Put Yourself at the Bottom of the List, Read This Twice.
I know who you are.
You are the woman who takes care of everyone. Your husband, children, parents, work, community, and masjid.
You pour and you pour, and somewhere along the way, you quietly moved yourself to the bottom of your own list.
Your health became the thing you would handle later, once everyone else was settled.
But later never came.
So hear me clearly.
Taking care of your body is not selfish.
Your health is the foundation that everything else you love is standing on. It affects how you care for your family, how clearly you think, how you show up for your work, and how physically capable you are in worship.
You cannot bow down if you cannot get down.
And you cannot keep giving from a body that has spent years running on empty.
Putting yourself back on the list does not take anything away from your family. It helps you remain present, strong, and capable for them.
You have spent years showing up for everyone else.
Give us 12 weeks, and let us show up for you.
Here Is How We Will Do It.
We will use the right mix of personalized coaching, a clear plan, weekly accountability, direct feedback, structured workouts, and support inside the Fit Muslimah app.
We begin with a one-on-one goal-mapping session to clarify your goals, identify your biggest obstacles, and decide what needs to change first.
You will receive personalized nutrition starting targets based on your body, goals, current eating patterns, schedule, and stage of life.
You will use my insulin-centered nutrition approach to build meals around sufficient protein, whole foods, strategic carbohydrates, vegetables, healthy fats, and a sustainable eating rhythm.
You will also receive short, progressive strength and conditioning workouts with detailed video demonstrations inside the Fit Muslimah app.
You do not need a gym. You do not need two hours. And you do not need to punish yourself with endless cardio.
Every week, you will complete a check-in covering what went well, where you struggled, what you completed, and what support you need next.
This keeps one difficult week from turning into another abandoned month.
You can message your coach inside the app when questions arise, and you will receive thoughtful feedback within one business day, Monday through Friday.
You can also log your meals and receive feedback on how your choices align with your nutrition plan, helping you recognize the connection between your meals, hunger, cravings, energy, and progress.
Everything is organized inside the app.
No random PDFs. No searching through old emails. No wondering what you are supposed to do next.
The Plan Is Simple.
Three phases. Twelve weeks.
Reset. Rebuild. Rooted.
Phase 1: Reset
Weeks 1 to 4
We begin with your real starting point.
Your current nutrition, protein intake, sugar intake, sleep, movement, hydration, stress, energy, cravings, and measurements.
The parts that are going well and the parts you may have been avoiding.
Then we establish your Insulin-Centered Nutrition foundation.
You will begin working toward a personalized protein target, fewer added sugars, a consistent meal rhythm, strategic carbohydrate choices, better hydration, a sustainable overnight fasting window, and more intentional daily movement.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is stability.
That is Phase 1, four weeks of creating the foundation your body has been missing.
Phase 2: Rebuild
Weeks 5 to 8
Now we rebuild your strength.
You will begin short, progressive strength and conditioning workouts designed to help you become stronger without punishing cardio or spending hours in the gym.
We will also continue refining your meal structure, portions, carbohydrate choices, sleep, stress, daily movement, and the situations that repeatedly knock you off track.
When you hit a problem, you do not disappear for a month.
We troubleshoot it together.
You stop guessing and begin making more intentional decisions.
That is Phase 2, four weeks of rebuilding muscle, confidence, and momentum.
Phase 3: Rooted
Weeks 9 to 12
Knowing what to do was never enough.
The changes need to hold when real life happens.
During the Rooted phase, we address the behaviors, thoughts, and triggers that have disrupted your previous attempts.
You will learn how to eat at a restaurant without turning one meal into a lost weekend, navigate family gatherings without guilt, move through Ramadan and Eid with intention, and return after travel, illness, stress, or interruption.
You will learn how to recognize the patterns behind emotional and impulsive eating, adjust your plan without abandoning it, and continue without depending on constant motivation.
Real life will not pause so you can get healthy.
Your plan has to survive a loud life.
By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have more than another collection of health information.
You will have a repeatable process for leading your health.
That is Phase 3, four weeks of making the changes part of how you live.
No Cookie-Cutter Plans Here.
Every woman enters Metabolic Shift with a different body, health history, schedule, relationship with food, fitness level, and set of responsibilities.
Your starting plan will reflect your current weight and measurements, nutrition patterns, activity and exercise experience, goals, schedule, health history, and current season of life.
You will receive structure.
But the structure has to work in your actual life.
We Make It Easy to Get Started
We begin August 9 with your one-on-one goal-mapping session, where we get clear on your goals, identify the habits and patterns keeping you stuck, and map out your personalized starting plan for the next 12 weeks.
The investment for Metabolic Shift is $2,000 paid in full.
Or you can begin with three monthly payments of $667.
Either way, you receive the full 12-week Metabolic Shift experience, including your personalized nutrition starting targets, structured at-home workouts, weekly check-ins, direct coach support, nutrition feedback, and progress tracking inside the Fit Muslimah app.
This is a real investment in your health.
But you have likely already invested money in diets, supplements, detox teas, sea moss, meal plans, and programs that gave you information without helping you create lasting change.
Metabolic Shift is different because you are not being handed another plan and left alone to figure it out.
You receive a clear strategy, personalized support, and accountability for the full 12 weeks.
There is no sales call.
Complete the application, and I will personally review it.
If Metabolic Shift appears to be the right fit, you will receive an acceptance email with your registration and payment options.
If it is not the right fit, I will tell you honestly and point you toward a more appropriate next step when possible.
