10 spots. This cohort begins Sunday, August 9th. Applications close when all ten are filled.

You do not need to be skinny. You need to be strong.

If you are a Muslim woman over 40 who is done chasing the scale and ready to get strong, get off the medications that are just Band-Aids, and feel present in your salah again, this is grown folk conversation. Everyone else can keep scrolling.

I am taking ten women, one on one, for a cohort that begins August 9th. This page tells you how it works, who it is for, and how to apply. Have a read, and if it is you, apply at the bottom.

I am looking for a handful of women who are done managing their decline and ready to reverse it.

Not skinny. Not your high school weight. Strong. Off the Band-Aid medications. Belly fat down and blood sugar steady. Energy that does not crash at two o'clock. And the strength to make a full sujud at 70 and rise back up without a hand. Your body is an amanah, a trust from Allah, and looking good is just a side effect of taking care of it.

I have coached women for 25 years, thousands of them. I hold an interdisciplinary degree in exercise science, public health, and psychology, and 15 certifications in women's health and nutrition. I have been a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, I have had dinner at the White House for my work in wellness, and at 47 I won a national powerlifting championship. I am 50 and perimenopausal, so I am not teaching you from a book. I am living this beside you.

But the part that matters most: at 39 I was a fitness professional and 40 pounds overweight. I trained six days a week and still did not lose a pound. I had already buried both of my parents, my father at 55 from a stroke, my mother from everything unmanaged diabetes does to a body. I knew where I was headed and refused to go there. So I went back to my own books and learned what no one had taught me. What works at 25 does not work at 40. I lost 38 pounds, and I have been teaching women what all my training never did.

This is not for everyone.

This will not work for you if you:

  • Want a quick fix, a magic pill, or a peptide shortcut.
  • Are looking for a meal plan you will ignore.
  • Just want someone to agree with you.
  • Are not willing to do the work.

But if you:

  • Are done chasing skinny and ready to get strong and well.
  • Know your family history and refuse to repeat it.
  • Can be honest about where you are, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
  • Will do the work between our calls.
  • Understand your health is the foundation everything else is built on.

Then this might be the twelve weeks that change the rest of your life.

How we do it. Food. Faith. Fitness.

We work one on one, personalized to your body and your season, with weekly check-ins so you never drift for more than seven days, and monthly live coaching calls. It runs in three phases across twelve weeks.

Phase 1, Reset. Weeks 1 to 4. We get your insulin under control and build your nutrition around whole foods and protein, calculated, not guessed. We set the daily rhythm you keep for life.

Phase 2, Strengthen. Weeks 5 to 8. We build the muscle that raises your metabolism and reverses insulin resistance. This is where the belly starts to move and the two o'clock crash goes away.

Phase 3, Transform. Weeks 9 to 12. We lock it in so it holds after the twelve weeks, retake your numbers, and you walk out leading your health instead of managing your decline.

There is no risk in raising your hand.

Applying costs you nothing but ten honest minutes. I read every application myself. If I do not believe I can help you, I will tell you straight and point you somewhere better. I only take women I know I can help, because my reputation is built on results, not on filling seats.

Who I am looking for

  • A Muslim woman over 40.
  • Able to move for 30 minutes, three days a week.
  • Coachable, honest, and ready to do the work.

How to apply

Tap the button and fill out the application. It takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself, and if it is a fit, I will personally reach out with your next step.

Ma'a salama,
Mubarakah
