Here’s What I’m Doing

I’m launching the Insulin-Centered Nutrition Certification and personally mentoring a small group of Muslim women who want to become certified insulin-centered coaches—women who want to help our Ummah heal through science, faith, and strategy.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked with women who have completely transformed their health and their lives using this approach. Now, I’m teaching others to do the same—combining metabolic science, Qur’anic principles, and practical business mentorship so you can guide others toward healing and success.

I decided not to build a big, fancy sales page or run an elaborate marketing campaign for this certification. I’m mentoring this cohort personally, and I want women who already know my work, who trust my approach, and who feel deeply called to help change the Ummah. If you’re here, it’s because you’re meant to be.

What You’ll Learn

Inside the Insulin-Centered Nutrition Framework™, you’ll learn how to:

• Understand insulin as the domino hormone that drives fat storage, cravings, energy, and hormones.

• Design individualized nutrition and lifestyle protocols grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah.

• Integrate behavioral psychology so your clients actually follow through.

• Build your first coaching business, both online and brick-and-mortar, with step-by-step mentorship and real-world strategies.

By the end of 16 weeks, you’ll graduate as a Certified Insulin-Centered Nutrition Coach, ready to confidently take clients and build a halal, heart-centered business that serves the Ummah.

You’ll be fully prepared to begin working with your first clients shortly after Ramadan 2026, in shā’ Allāh.

Important Dates

Enrollment closes November 21, so I can personally meet with each student before I leave for Umrah on December 1.
 

Only 30 women will be accepted into this founding cohort so I can give each of you dedicated, hands-on mentorship.

Our official start date is January 13, 2026.

Tuition

Future tuition for this certification will be $3,000 USD, but founding members are invited to join for $2,000 USD or 4 monthly payments of $500 USD.
