I'm Mubarakah, and I'm not just your coach. I'm someone who has walked in your shoes.

I know what it's like to be 198 lbs, battling insulin resistance, and fearing the diabetes that took my mother's life. When I turned 40, my hormones changed and weight loss got harder. The two-hour workouts and 1200-calorie diets left me tired, hungry, and stuck.

That is when I built my insulin-centered method, the science-backed approach that changed my body and my life.

As an internationally recognized Muslim health expert, I have been featured on Oprah Winfrey's "Thirty-Something in America," in The New York Times, and was invited to President Obama's White House Iftar Dinners for my work in health and wellness.

But my most important credential? I understand your struggle because I have lived it.

With my interdisciplinary degree in exercise science, public health, and psychology, and 15 certifications in women's health and nutrition, I have spent 25 years helping women transform their bodies and their lives.

As a national powerlifting champion who won Masters Gold at the 2023 USPA National competition, setting multiple state records, I know what it takes to build strength at any age.
